Account Registration

When you create your NFT ART UA Account and provide your personal information by filling out forms on the Resource we ask for your contact information such as name, last name, and email address. When using NFT ART UA, you may also indicate your location, picture, or other data about you as you wish.

NFT ART UA is committed to protecting all personal and private information in accordance with any and all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including without limitation any standards established in Ukraine under the “On Protection of Personal Data” Law and in the United Kingdom under the Data Protection Act of 2018. In case of use of our services within the European Union, NFT ART UA is subject to, the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), effective as of April 13, 2022, and any national legislation implementing the foregoing. The legal basis of EU-US data transfer is based on EU Model Clauses (Standard Contractual Clauses) and the derogation as per Art.49 of GDPR. NFT ART UA is liable in cases of onward transfers to third parties.

The laws of the State of North Carolina govern this Privacy Statement (“Statement”) to the extent of not being overruled by applicable local law like the GDPR for data subjects within the EEA. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the County of Wake, State of North Carolina, the U.S.A. for any action arising out of or relating to this Statement if not local law gives you the inevitable right to apply to your local court. If the information and materials presented on these websites/applications include the sale of goods (e.g., publications, books), then any following rights and obligations that you or NFT ART UA may have shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods (“CISG”) and its application is excluded. You may be able to access this site from any region in the world. When you use our Resource (create (mint), sell, buy, bid, collect, exchange, display, and otherwise transact certain digital media and works of art including real-world art objects (“NFT Media”) that can be represented as non-fungible tokens (“NFT”) on blockchain) we may collect information about your engagement with and utilization of our Resource, such as processor and memory usage, storage capacity, navigation of our Resource, and system-level metrics. We use this data to operate the Resource, maintain and improve the performance and utilization of the Resource, develop new features, protect the security and safety of our Resource and our customers, and provide customer support. We also use this data to develop aggregate analysis and business intelligence that enable us to operate, protect, make informed decisions, and report on the performance of our business.

NFT ART UA uses the information we collect in various ways by the Resource, including:

  • To provide and maintain our Resource;
  • To notify you about changes to our Resource;

  • To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Resource;

  • To ensure the security of our systems and site, including from unauthorized access and the spread of malware, spasms, etc.;
